Commissioning support across onshore industrial projects

EndState Commissioning supports onshore industrial projects where electrical, control, and instrumentation systems are being tested, energised, and handed over to operations.

While every site is different, the pressures at commissioning are consistent: live systems, tight programmes, and limited tolerance for error. Our focus is on sectors where this phase is critical to safe and successful delivery.

OUR APPROACH

A consistent approach across each sector

01. Commissioning Led

We only work the commissioning phase. No general M&E, no design, no permanent hiring - just the point where systems are tested, energised and handed over. It's all we do, so we know exactly who's capable of it.

02.System-aware

We match contractors by control platform, switchgear and commissioning phase - not keyword lists. A DeltaV loop-check specialist and an S7 logic engineer are different people, and we know which one your site needs.

03. Contract-only

Every role is contract-based with clear scope, rates and IR35 status agreed up front. Fast mobilisation, clean paperwork, no surprises for you or the contractor.

04. Focussed on live, high-pressure project phases

Energisation, SAT, shutdowns and restarts - the phases where programmes slip and mistakes cost most. Our contractors have done it before, on live systems, under the same pressure.
